International trade

We are well versed in international trade and cross-border commerce and strive to ensure that our clients' interests are optimized to the greatest extent possible whether this be through e.g. indemnity limitations, choice of law or jurisdiction.

We assist i.a. with::

• The establishment of business operations in Denmark or abroad as part of cross border activities
• Agency and distributorships and any other form of commercial representation
• Cross border sales of assets
• Litigation / arbitration in Denmark or abroad, including if desired through use of BOPA LAW's international network of foreign law firms
• Enforcement in Denmark of foreign court decisions and arbitration awards (whether based on EU law or international conventions)
