Advokatfirmaet Tolderlund is professionally liable for advice provided by it in accordance with the pertinent Danish laws and regulations and carries requisite professional indemnity insurance cover and has issued the guarantee required pursuant to the rules of the Danish Law Society. The liability, including the liability of any partner and/or associate, is limited to the indemnity sum of the requisite policy of insurance carried by the firm. The professional liability does in no event extend to any form of indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of business or business opportunity, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation or any other indirect losses in any shape or form.
We are furthermore not liable for the acts or omissions of any advisers recommended by us or of any sub-contractors that have been engaged with the consent of the client.
